Discovery & Research After meeting you for the first time we would extract a concise brief, either through UX workshops with you and your team, or by reviewing all available project documentation. After we familiarize ourselves with the project we deep-dive into the nature of your business, conducting thorough research on your competitors and user expectations, and begin brainstorming and formulating an action plan.
Digital Strategy & Design Concepts
With the introductory and discovery phase over we begin building the information architecture, and start wireframing and shaping the key screens of your product. While working on the UX architecture we prepare several User Interface design concepts, based on your desired outlook for the product. We fine-tune it in accordance with your feedback and set the direction of the project.
UX/UI Design & Prototyping
We continue with the UX/UI design of all project screens down to the last details for each user flow. During this phase we also work on interaction design and prototyping. We link all of the screens into a working prototype so you can properly present it to your stakeholders. We validate the work with you, going through the necessary iterations until we produce a concept ready for development.
Pre-Development
In the final stage of our work process we prepare all of the designs for development. We provide a style guide, detailing the used UI components, and prepare all assets for easy export. Our job is not over the moment the designs get into the developers’ hands, however. We partner with them throughout the implementation phase, in order to assure the highest quality end product.
